Hi! My name is Ilia and I am the owner of Raven’s Eye. Since completing my bachelor’s degree in marketing, I wanted to create a space to help make great products more visible to their audiences. After 14 years as a data analyst and strategic program manager, that dream is now a reality.

I fell in love with the tabletop gaming community thanks to my wonderful husband, who introduced me to so many amazing people within it. I enjoy playing tabletop games, card games, and board games. The experiences I’ve had with this community in many gaming conventions, as well as conversations with some entrepreneurs in the industry sparked the desire to help their ideas thrive.

It all began at a tabletop gaming convention. A friend and I were conversing about a board game he created, which was easy to learn, fun to play, and hard to master. I realized that the tabletop and board gaming community consisted of so many small business owners with phenomenal products that could benefit from customized product strategies to enhance presence and visibility for their products. That weekend, Raven's Eye Consulting was born.
